Senior Fullstack Developer with Python Expertise

Proxify AB is on the lookout for a Senior Fullstack Developer specializing in Python to join their rapidly expanding network. This role involves leading the design and development of scalable backend services and APIs, utilizing frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask. Additionally, the developer will create high-quality user interfaces with modern frontend technologies like React.js or Vue.js.

The ideal candidate should possess over five years of professional software development experience, with at least three years focused on Python in production environments. A solid grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is essential, along with strong proficiency in either React.js or Vue.js. Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, and experience with ORMs like SQLAlchemy or Django ORM, are also required.

Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining backend services, as well as building responsive web interfaces. The developer will document and consume RESTful APIs, integrate backend systems with databases, and ensure code quality through testing and reviews. Collaboration with design and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions is crucial.
